Can the plugs be changed to those that are mostly supported by our sockets in Uganda?

Unfortunately, it may not be possible for the manufacturer to change the design of the plugs, but one can opt to get a socket that fully support the plugs that come with the machine.

Why are cordless Machines more expensive compared to electric ones?

Many cordless machines are a bit much more expensive to the electric one due to many reasons. First, battery production is a high-tech process involving lots of toxic chemicals, so it's not really cheap to make a powerful reliable battery, hence making the product a bit more expensive.

What should I do if my power tool becomes defective outside of the warranty period?

If your tool is outside the warranty period, you can still bring it to any our branches for repair but it will be at a small cost.

Are spare parts from other brands compatible with INGCO power tools?

No, only spare parts manufactured by INGCO are compatible with our power tools. To search for spare parts from other brands, please refer to the manufacturer’s website.
